Someone who has a sex addiction is defined as someone who has a need to participate in sexual acts in order to get a “fix” – which is similar to those with alcoholism that drink to get a specific feeling.

Those who have a sex addiction will have a range of symptoms.

  • Inability to control their sexual behaviours
  • Constant sexual thoughts
  • Feeling guilty after sex
  • High sex drive
  • Relationships with multiple sexual partners
  • Acting our love and desire
